Britney Spears regala un’emozione ai suoi fan e pubblica a sorpresa She’ll Never Be Me, un brano rimasto chiuso nei cassetti per oltre vent’anni.
L’uscita anticipa i festeggiamenti per il venticinquesimo anniversario del suo celebre terzo album da solista, riaccendendo l’entusiasmo in tutto il mondo.
Una canzone mai pubblicata prima
Registrata nel 2001 durante le sessioni creative dell’album e poi esclusa dalla scaletta finale, la canzone è volata in pochissime ore ai vertici delle classifiche.
A rendere il pezzo ancora più speciale sono i crediti: tra gli autori figura infatti l’ex fidanzato storico Justin Timberlake, al fianco di un affiatato team di produttori dell’epoca.
Nel testo la popstar si rivolge a un ragazzo che cerca di rimpiazzarla, ricordando con energia che imitarla è semplicemente impossibile.
